Defined roles for efficient real-time game production amongst a disparate team of modelers and technical artists. Created schedules and developed and delegated appropriate tasks based on these newly defined roles. As a "Technical Artist", I then implemented and taught others new methods for efficient production on games such as :
Super Bombad Racing (PlayStation 2)
- Efficient methods for modeling, mapping, and lighting geometry from basic level designs
- Taught new methods of creation of painted repeating texture maps
- Researched, implemented, and taught ways to optimize geometry to work for RenderWare realtime 3D engine
Anakin's Speedway (CDROM)
- Researched methods for animating sprites along 2D curves that react to physics
- Created methods working within the framework of the Engine
- Taught the programmers and artists the method
