As the Director of a program, as well as Associate Director, I am responsible for myriad aspects of ensuring our students have a great experience and are prepared with the right tools to begin a successful career. Additionally, the Adminstration of the programs are entirely handled by the Director/Associate Director Teams.

• Budgeting (Director responsibility) : spec and purchase for all equipment and classroom furniture, payroll, student materials, Faculty needs
• Curriculum Development : ensure 22 classes teach relevant material, maintain rubrics for student success, constant attention to best practices
• Faculty Management : hiring process, improvement goal setting, scheduling , training
• Student Mentoring : assist in career counseling, maintain teaching load each semester, bringing in outside professionals, maintaining active relationship with variety of Industry professionals

• Teaching : Texture and Lighting 2 (Maya), 3D for the Web (3DS Max), Reel Produciton 1 & 2 (Maya, Nuke), and Portfolio (Maya, Nuke, Dreamweaver)
• Instruction in : traditional art skills (drawing, painting, sculpting, color theory, storytelling), texturing, compositing, lighting, modeling, animation, rendering, industry methods, and presentation
• Responsible for : creating syllabus, class structure/focus, grading, attendance, and class management
